Le français au niveau Grade 6 se joue sur les temps. L'imparfait contre le passé composé, le futur simple, le conditionnel, le plus-que-parfait et le subjonctif — chacun correct en isolation, et chacun à choisir dans une phrase qui ne le dit pas.
Two of the PSAC French questions have their own shape and are practised in that shape here rather than as multiple choice. Textes à Trous is grammar inside a story, where the gap has to be filled with a word the passage has already implied. Formation des Mots is word-building, and it is worth 10 marks on every paper.

How it is practised
Cloze and error-hunt exercises are typed, not tapped. They are deliberately kept out of every mixed-practice pool, because a number pad under a French passage is not the exercise.
French questions are read aloud in French, by a French voice, with runs of blanks collapsed into a single hum — fr-FR otherwise reads "___" aloud as three separate words.
The largest bank of the three PSAC languages, because French carries the most marks per paper that can be practised by repetition.
